Testimonial

The 8-Week Self-Defence Course was brilliant. Martin Sensei and everyone there was really welcoming and patient with me. I have learned lots of different ways of defending myself in different situations and can feel myself getting fitter! I've decided to stay on after the self-defence course to learn more Aikido techniques. Would recommend it to anyone!

The longer you put this off, it's going to get more difficult to do. Everyday life is going to get in the way and prevent you learning these valuable life lessons.
Successful people act quickly. You never know when someone may try to mug, sexually abuse, or try to kill you. It is better to have skills and not to have to use them than to be attacked and have to live with the "If only I had ..."
Due to limited space, we can only accept 8 women. Call now to reserve your spot. Please share this with your friends and loved ones, maybe we can help one of them. Thank you.

If you say "No!" He / She must stop!

Your body is your temple! No-one has the right to touch you without your permission. Learn to set boundaries and don't let others pressure you into doing something you are uncomfortable about.
When you go out with your friends for drinks be careful not to leave your drink unattended, someone may slip something into it and the next thing you know, you are waking up after having been sexually assaulted. If you are unfortunate and find yourself in this situation please report it to the police immediately. They will do their best to help you.
Bad things happen in predictable places. What are those places?
Bars, parties and other places where people get their minds altered. Drugs & alcohol change the way people think and act. They lower  inhibitions and make people stupid.

Be aware of what information you give!

Predators use charm to gain access, but they also use it to gain information. Sometimes as innocuous as telling a handsome stranger at the library which dorm you live in might give him everything he needs to choose an ambush site. Be wary about giving information. Be especially wary if someone asks information that they have no need or right to know.
If you fall into his trap and lose which is most likely to happen you may get yourself killed. Certainly, you can expect to be maimed, crippled or deliberately disfigured.

A women in love with the wrong man! Ladies don't let this be your story.

I got flowers today... it wasn't my birthday or another special day. We had our first fight last night and he told me a lot of cruel things that really hurt me. I know he's...... sorry and he didn't mean the things he said because he sent me... flowers today...

I got flowers today. It wasn't our birthday or another special day. Yesterday, in the night, he pushed me against a wall and started strangling me. It looked like a nightmare. I couldn't believe it was real. I woke up this morning the painful and bruised body. I know he must be sorry because he sent me flowers today.

I got flowers today. And it wasn't mother's day or another special day. Yesterday, in the night, he beat me again, it was a lot more violent than the other times. If I leave him, what would i be? How can I take care of my children? What about financial problems? I'm afraid of him, but I'm afraid to leave. But I know he must be sorry because he sent me flowers today.

I got flowers today. Today was a very special day, it was the day of my funeral. Yesterday in the night, he finally killed me. He beat me to death. If only I had found enough courage to leave him, I wouldn't have received flowers today "

Female jogger sexually attacked

A woman was out jogging alone in a local forest, when a man came up behind her and punched her in the head. When she fell he tried to rape her.
Fortunately the lady had just completed an Aikido Women's Self-Defence Course and she used the tactics that she had been taught to restrain and pin him until assistance and police arrived.
The man was arrested and he is known to have raped several other women in the past.
Ladies if you are going to jog please go with a friend. That is much safer than going alone.  The lady was glad she had taken the course. It really saved her.
